Coach Matt Chimera and the Kenmore East Bulldogs will host their player clinic July 13,14, and 15 at Sparky Adams field. The clinic will run from 9 a.m. to Noon. The cost for the three days is $45.00, but here's the best part-
If you are a registered KAT football team member KAT will pay half of your registration fee. That's right the organization will pay $22.50 of your fee. But remember, you must have your registration paperwork filled out to qualify for this. If you haven't filled out your paperwork yet get to the trailer on Monday July 6th and get it taken care of so you can qualify. We will be running registration that night from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Hope to see you there.
The camp is open to players ages 6 to 11.
When you register for the clinic, all you have to do is let them know by marking on your registration form that you are from KAT and we'll take care of the rest of your payment--- you will only have to pay $22.50.
The OATKA football association has made the following changes for Varsity football and cheerleading for the upcoming season. These rule changes were put into place to better serve the teams that all organizations are putting on the field and to help maintain and increase the team size.
Note the following:
Varsity football and cheerleading will now include 14 year olds with the following stipulations.
1) The child may not turn 15 before December 1st.
2) The above mentioned child may not weigh more than 140 lbs.
3) 12 and 13 year old weight limit has been raised to 160 lbs. Though the weight has been raised the August 1 date is still in effect.
